As Catalyst System Engineering Operations - Lead Engineer you will support the Catalyst and Eurodrone programs by helping the engineering organization achieve annual and multi-year objectives. You will drive efficient operations while promoting a culture of Daily Management System (DMS), FLIGHT DECK, continuous improvement, simplification, and productivity, with full consideration of budget and schedule commitments. You will contribute to planning, governance, standard work, and process improvement initiatives that enhance quality, delivery, and overall team performance. You will helps drive operational excellence by enabling effective program execution, managing key engineering processes and metrics, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Job Description Essential Responsabilities Manage and support budget of Catalyst and Eurodrone Programs Provide Project Management and DMS support for engineering organization Develop, maintain and report relevant KPIs at Systems and Program level; actively work on gaps closure by structured Problem Solving Provide a link between Avio Central Operationss and Catalyst team Develop and implement robust engineering processes, standards, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and product quality Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, global sites, to ensure seamless integration and compliance. Work across Engineering, Program & Finance Analyze data, visualize and report results, draw conclusions, and initiate appropriate corrective actions Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Catalyst Product Line Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant aerospace industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field Relevant experience of multidisciplinary work environment, preferably in Aerospace field Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing and DMS experience Demonstrated project/program management ability Strong problem-solving skills Technical engineering background Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers Ability to develop strategies and execute plans Strong data analysis, data visualization skills, ability to draw conclusions and initiate actions based on analysis results Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Fluent in English language Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Knowledge of FLIGHT DECK Ability to guide and lead others in an indirect reporting relationship Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
