Senior Staff Engineer(Temenos BA)

Responsibilities

• Functional Consulting Lead business requirement gathering workshops with bank stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Temenos Transact capabilities.
• Provide functional solution design aligned with Temenos best practices.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD), user guides or training materials Temenos Implementation Participate in end-to-end Temenos Transact implementation projects including:
• Requirement analysis Solution design Product configuration Data Migration support Testing and UAT support Go-live and post-production support.
• Configure and implement Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) products and contracts.
• Core Banking Expertise Work across Retail/Corporate and Core modules, including: AA Loans AA Deposits Accounts Limits & Collateral Lending Customer & Account management Payments / Funds Transfer Retail/Corporate banking product configuration Testing & Delivery Support SIT and UAT cycles.
• Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams.
• Provide training to client users and business teams.
• Stakeholder Management Act as Functional SME for Temenos Transact.
• Communicate with business users, architects, and delivery teams.
• Support production issues and system stabilization post go-live.
• Required Experience 10+/- years of experience in Core Banking implementations
• 5+ years working with Temenos Transact / T24 Strong functional expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) Experience working in Retail/Corporate Banking modules
• Experience in Temenos implementation or transformation programs
• Exposure to product configuration and parameterization
• Experience with Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) Exposure to TAABS / Temenos configuration tools Knowledge of integration frameworks and APIs Temenos certification (TLC) Education
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, or related field Temenos certifications preferred
