About the role

The Marketing Specialist, Campaign Excellence will join the Global Marketing team in GSSO. The Global Marketing team is focused on driving topline revenue and increasing seller productivity. The team designs marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner's insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission-critical priorities that drive organisational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey. As a Marketing Specialist within Gartner's Global Marketing Campaign Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand and lead generation campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and executing targeted marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads for the Sales team, supporting pipeline growth and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Activation: Support the design and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to target audiences, and regions.
  • Activate campaigns across channels including email, web, paid media, and social to drive high-quality lead generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Translate campaign strategy into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Content Development: Create impactful content that significantly boosts lead generation across multiple channels, including website, email, and social media, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing goals.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and delivers a consistent, high-quality user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Marketers, Sales stakeholders, and Centers of Excellence (e.g., email, digital, strategic content, analytics) to deliver integrated programs.
  • Foster strong working relationships to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment across teams.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Monitor key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Identify insights and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Project Management & Analytics: Manage multiple campaigns concurrently with strong attention to timelines and quality.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or MBA degree on marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment ideally with experience in a service or solutions-oriented businesses or technology
  • Proven experience supporting the development of successful integrated marketing or demand generation programs.
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with experience in creating campaign briefs, emails, ads, and social media posts.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting, with hands-on experience using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
