Job Responsibilities Safe and Timely Transportation Safely transport healthcare staff to/from patients' homes and HQ Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs Plan efficient routes and adapt to schedule changes 2. Vehicle Management and Support Conduct daily vehicle checks and report issues promptly Assist with loading/unloading medical equipment Maintain inventory of consumables 3. Operational Excellence Keep accurate driving logs and report incidents immediately Respond appropriately to emergencies and unforeseen situations Maintain knowledge of alternate routes 4. Professional Conduct Adhere to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies Represent the organization positively and maintain confidentiality Collaborate effectively with the medical team and fleet coordinator Job Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level with valid Class 3 or equivalent driving licence Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience (preferably in healthcare support services, fleet or transport) Experience in transporting people and/or medical equipment in a time-sensitive environment is an advantage Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and route-planning tools Excellent driving skills with strong knowledge of road safety regulations and safety laws Proven record of safe driving with no traffic violations Strong time management and punctuality to adhere to schedules Ability to adapt to ad-hoc changes in schedules Effective communication skills to coordinate with clinicians and operations teams Basic vehicle troubleshooting (e.g. checking tire pressure, battery, warning lights) Customer service mindset with professionalism, patience and courtesy
