Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

At least 3 years of experience in construction project site management, with specific experience in HDB (Housing and Development Board) and condominum projects. ( The company specialises in wet trade works such as panel installation, plastering, and tiling.) Familiar with construction processes, technical specifications, and standards. Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills to effectively manage the team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with all parties. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly respond to and resolve on-site issues. Strong time management skills to effectively manage project progress and ensure timely completion. Fully responsible for on-site management, including progress control, quality control, and safety management. Lead and manage the construction team, assign tasks, and ensure efficient team operation. Train and guide team members to enhance the overall capability of the team. Maintain good communication with designers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Supervise project costs, control the budget, and ensure the project is completed within the budget.
