Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or commercial management within the construction, signage, interior fit-out, or related industry.
- Experience managing contracts for supply and installation projects will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction contracts, project costing, and contract administration practices.
- Familiarity with variation claims, progress claims, final accounts, and subcontract management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and industry practices is preferred.
