Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. Assist customers with flight bookings, inquiries, cancellations, and changes. Resolve passenger issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Stay informed about the airline's services and policies to offer accurate information. Maintain and update customer interaction records in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support. Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with customer service software and proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in travel and helping customers enhance their travel experience.
