Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and driving the delivery of monthly commercial reporting/presentations including liaising with the wider Exec leadership team
• Preparation of high-quality presentations and insightful analysis to 'tell the story of the business to a variety of stakeholders including the CEO and investors'
• Lead on commercial deep dive activity to understand performance in certain parts of the business including data collation, analysis and presentation
• Ability to respond to significant and varied information requests and co-ordinate appropriate responses from across the business
• Respond to a resolve complex commercials problems where precedent may not exist with appropriate authorisation

Requirements

• You will have strong attention to detail and analytical capability combined with a proven track record of delivery in fast paced environments.
• Ideally Big 4 / Consultancy background or experience of a similar role within UK General Insurance
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to operate independently at a senior level.

Strategy Manager Location: Flexible working (travel to Manchester, Peterborough & London required) This rare and unique role reports directly into the CEO of Retail and provides unparalleled access to the Exec and a broad array of business activity including trading/commercial activity, pricing, proposition and operations.
