Job Description Site Operations & Maintenance Coordination Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance and operational activities at assigned sites. Attend to faults, complaints, breakdowns, and service requests. Assist in preventive, corrective, and cyclical maintenance scheduling and follow-up. Conduct routine site inspections and monitor rectification works. Ensure facilities remain safe, operational, and properly maintained. Contractor Supervision Supervise contractors, technicians, and vendors carrying out maintenance works. Ensure works are carried out safely, properly, and according to specifications. Verify work completion and follow up on outstanding rectifications. Monitor contractor attendance, performance, and service standards. Reporting & System Updates Update maintenance records, service reports, and work order status in FM systems. Prepare site reports, inspection reports, quotations follow-ups, and operational updates. Upload field data, inspection findings, and photographs into the Computerised FM System. Maintain proper documentation and site records. Client Coordination Liaise with site users, clients, and contractors on operational matters. Assist in resolving operational issues and complaints promptly. -Support management during audits, inspections, and meetings. Job Requirements
