Responsibilities

  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus

As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will own the economic engine behind QC user growth across multiple markets, with a clear focus on QC MAU Penetration and Trials, while safeguarding cost integrity. In this role, you will define incentive strategies, set scalable standards, and work closely with Pricing, Commercial, and Subscription teams to unlock growth without compromising unit economics. You will operate as a strategic owner - tracking performance, diagnosing issues, and driving cross-functional solutions that balance growth ambition with financial discipline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running the business, challenging assumptions, and influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data-backed thinking.
