Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Insights
- Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and workforce data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and influence business decisions.

- Develop creative, scalable solutions to address challenges, talent shortages, and evolving business needs (including thoughtful use of AI-enabled workflows).
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and TA professionals to achieve hiring goals and deliver high-quality service.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor team effectiveness, and drive accountability for results.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of growth, trust, inclusion, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Programs
- Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives that improve recruiting effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational outcomes.
- Influence organizational change by building compelling business narratives and aligning data to strategic priorities.
- Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience supporting a fast-paced, dynamic Sales organization.
- 5+ years of people management experience with direct oversight; experience in a matrixed environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruiting analytics to diagnose issues, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.

- Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

- Demonstrated success driving full lifecycle Sales recruiting through team leadership and enablement.
- Proficiency with Workday HCM/ATS and AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

- Advanced data storytelling skills (dashboards, business reviews, executive-ready insights).
