Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone , email , and virtual meetings .
  • Qualify leads and support opportunities through the sales funnel .
  • Keep the CRM updated with activities , next steps , and close dates .
  • Prepare standard quotes and work with the Pricing team when needed .
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right Greif solutions .
  • Work closely with Field Sales and Customer Service to support account plans and smooth handoffs .

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred .
  • Experience in sales , customer service , or commercial support is a plus.
  • Most importantly , we are looking for someone with the right attitude , communication skills , and willingness to learn .
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
  • Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks .
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and supporting sales activities .
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams .
  • Basic commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset .
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
