Deine Aufgaben: In Deiner Grundausbildung lernst Du alles über die Kunststoffverarbeitung - von den Materialien bis zu den Maschinen In den Produktionsabteilungen zeigen Dir erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen, wie Du Spritzgussmaschinen fachgerecht einrichtest, überwachst und wieder abrüstest Du begleitest die Herstellung von Kunststoffteilen und erhältst dabei auch Einblicke in die Arbeitsvorbereitung und Qualitätskontrolle Du lernst die Verarbeitungsanforderungen der eingesetzten Rohstoffe kennen und verstehst, wie diese die Produktion beeinflussen Auch die Wartung und Inspektion unserer Maschinen gehört zu Deinem Ausbildungsalltag - damit alles reibungslos läuft Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team arbeitest Du an der Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen, um höchste Qualität und Effizient zu gewährleisten Das solltest Du mitbringen: Du hast einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss (QA, M-Zug oder mittlere Reife) Zu Deinen Lieblingsfächern zählen Mathe und AWT Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick sowie räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen mit Dich interessieren mechanische und technische Sachverhalte, um zu verstehen, wie die Maschinen funktionieren Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist zuverlässig Das Wichtigste über die Ausbildung: Ausbildungsstart: 01.09.2026 Ausbildungsdauer: 2 Jahre Ausbildungsort: Schwabmünchen Berufsschule: Staatliches Berufliches Schulzentrum Kaufbeuren / Blockunterricht Arbeitszeitmodell: 38 Stunden pro Woche Das bieten wir Dir: Handy zur privaten Nutzung Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld Fahrtkostenzuschuss in Höhe von 50 Euro pro Monat Jährlicher Azubi Ausflug Offene Kommunikation und "Du"-Kultur Bewirb Dich noch heute über unsere Plattform oder gerne per Mail an: eu.jobs@avantorsciences.com.
