Responsibilities
- Partner with General Managers and dealership leadership teams to support the development and execution of financial and operational strategies
- Oversee day-to-day dealership accounting and business office operations across multiple locations
- Lead, coach, and develop business office employees while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented, and solutions-focused environment
- Maintain oversight of dealership general ledgers, identify issues or discrepancies, conduct investigations, and report findings to executive leadership

- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations impacting dealership operations
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of accounting and office personnel
- Assist in supporting and maintaining the Fletcher Jones brand standards and operational excellence initiatives across all dealerships
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Automotive dealership accounting leadership experience required
- Multi-rooftop or group-level dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, accounting processes, schedules, and internal controls
- Experience leading dealership business office operations and developing accounting staff
- Ability to identify operational or financial issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across assigned dealerships
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with dealership leadership teams
- Experience with dealership management system CDK
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills preferred
