About the role
Our client, A.G. Building Services Limited , is a well-established construction and property maintenance company delivering complete building solutions across the South East. With extensive experience in domestic projects ranging from groundworks through to full project completion, they pride themselves on high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and reliable service. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Painter & Decorator to join the team. You will play a key role in delivering efficient and high-standard building and grounds maintenance across a variety of residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Painting and decorating
- Replacing fence panels and posts
- Carrying out minor plumbing tasks
- Silicone sealing and finishing
- Guttering repairs and maintenance
- Replacing locks
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
- About You
- To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven experience in property maintenance and domestic repairs
- Be confident using a range of hand and power tools
- Have strong painting and decorating skills (including working at height on ladders)
- Be able to work independently and use your own initiative
- Follow safe working practices at all times
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
