The Global Service Product Owner will be responsible for defining and managing the product strategy, roadmap, and overall vision for global service offerings within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring that global services meet customer needs, drive business value, and align with corporate objectives. YOUR ROLE Your key responsibilities include: Product Strategy Development : Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for global services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs. Roadmap Management : Develop, prioritize, and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, features, and enhancements for global service offerings. Customer Engagement : Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for new services or improvements. Budget Oversight : Track and manage the budget allocated for global services, ensuring that expenditures align with strategic priorities and deliver value. Adoption Tracking : Monitor and analyze adoption metrics for global services, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to global services, leveraging data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire product lifecycle for global services, from inception and development through launch, growth, and eventual retirement or replacement. Training and Enablement : Develop training materials and resources for sales and support teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and support global services effectively. Leadership and Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for global service offerings, effectively communicating product updates and enhancements to internal and external stakeholders.
