Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, ability to develop short term interventions to support clients/families, and engagement strategies
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Licensed at the independent level in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
- Annual Salary
- $65,000 - $70,000 USD

In this role, you will deliver solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment for children and families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide evidence-based treatment utilizing sound judgment, excellent clinical skills with the ability to provide effective interventions to a diverse client base with a wide array of presenting problems.
