- What We Need
- Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Payments Analyst within our Cross Border line of business. This position is part of our Cross Border Payment and Treasury Operations team and is located in London (Paddington), UK.

- How We Work
- As a Senior Payments Analyst, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

- Formal, hands-on training and support from a wider Operations, Finance and Compliance team
- Support the accurate and timely processing of all payment instructions, ensuring full adherence to client expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external counterparties, proactively managing queries and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Develop expertise across a wide range of payment workflows, ensuring robust understanding and ownership of end-to-end processes within the team.
- Manage the execution of incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring reconciliation, controls, and approval processes are followed consistently.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and the Payments Team Lead to resolve complex queries, drive operational alignment, and support seamless client transaction execution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and controls, raising recommendations and contributing to solution design.
- Support and drive initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, risk reduction, and service enhancement across the Settlements function.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that advance broader business objectives and improve the client experience in relation to payment processing.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development within the team.
- Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services with a Payments background (2- 3 years' experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of payment rails, including SEPA, SWIFT, CHAPS, and FPS.
- Methodical and numerate, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to both support and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrates initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrates flexibility and resilience, with the ability to embrace new challenges and perform effectively outside of familiar territory.
