Registered Nurse (RN)

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Compact RN license for Kansas and Missouri
• BLS certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings
• Possess ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional posture
• Experience with electronic medical records systems required; prior working knowledge of Epic preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in clinical setting; prior experience in surgical setting preferred
• Minimum of one year women's health care experience; prior experience with sonography preferred
• Travel throughout the affiliate as needed
• Bilingual a plus

Support and enhance clinical and operational activities within the scope of knowledge, experience and training with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient confidentiality. Responsible for providing support to providers in all clinic areas including intake, patient education, diagnostic ultrasound services, lab, pre-op, post-op/recovery, utility rooms and discharge. Starting Hourly Rate: $38.00 per hour $2,500 sign on bonus is payable at the end of 60 days of successful employment. 13 paid holidays per year. No eligibility period. Full holiday pay for 1 week over the winter holidays. 37.5 hour work week, four 10 hour days $2,500 sign on bonus is payable at the end of 60 days of successful employment. Annual Paid Time Off: Vacation - 112.5 hours, Sick Leave - 48 hours, Holidays - 105 hours which includes a full holiday week in December Parental Leave: After 12 months of full-time employment, employees are eligible for paid parental leave which is 100% base salary for 6 weeks.
