Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1. Leveraging Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) to support solving all-source intelligence needs. 2. Developing procedures, methodologies, and databases to support management of collection strategies at the tactical, operational, and strategic level. 3. Effectively utilizing both verbal and written communication techniques to produce written products, briefings, infographics, charts, tables, and diagrams. 4. Placing numbers into context to aid interpretation, translating data and metrics into insights that drive decisions, and breaking down large datasets into key findings AND 5. Manipulating data and statistical analysis tools like Microsoft Excel. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
