We are seeking a Verification Engineer to support the execution and delivery of verification activities for our certifying electric aircraft's high-voltage electric power systems. This role sits within systems verification and focuses on translating requirements into clear, testable artifacts and producing the evidence required for certification. You'll work across integration labs, test environments, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-voltage subsystems are properly verified, traceable, and ready for certification submittals. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Author, execute, and maintain verification plans, procedures, and reports for high-voltage subsystems Define verification methods (test, analysis, inspection, demonstration), success criteria, configurations, and environmental conditions Perform requirements analysis to ensure testability and maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, verification activities, and results Execute and support testing across integration labs, HIL, environmental qualification, and ground/flight environments Analyze test data using tools such as MATLAB or Python and clearly document results to substantiate compliance Support certification activities by preparing verification evidence, managing anomalies and deviations, and participating in conformity inspections and test witnessing Collaborate with systems engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve requirement gaps and ensure verification completeness Verify high-voltage systems including batteries, power electronics, distribution systems, and safety/protection mechanisms
