About the role

With a rich history dating back to 1923, Cavanna Homes is the South West's largest independent house builder. We are family-owned and construct beautiful new homes that customers love. We are now looking for a Labourer to join our team in Dorchester, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• As a Labourer, you will assist with the successful delivery of construction projects at our Warmwell Rise site, just outside Dorchester.
• Your duties will include:
• Assisting with general labouring duties
• Moving materials around the site
• Supporting the site team and subcontractors
• Ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of the site is maintained
• Working with project teams to meet customer expectations
• Operating within the health and safety procedures
• Who we are looking for
• To be considered as a Labourer, you will need:
• To be reliable and hardworking
• To be proactive and take pride in your work
• Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential. A CSCS card would also be advantageous, as would a full, valid driving licence.
