Responsibilities

  • Work with orchestration tools like EPM Automate or Data Integration Pipeline to schedule metadata loads and automate processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to metadata, integrations, user permissions, and system performance; support day-to-day incident and change request activities.
  • Participate in client workshops, conduct UAT, train end-users, and prepare documentation.
  • Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and new features, providing timely recommendations and adoption strategies
  • Qualifications / Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Effective communication skills-working directly with business users and technical teams, facilitating workshops, and handling support tickets.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (e.g., EDMCS, FCCS).
  • Exposure to FCCS / EPBCS / ARCS modules and domain knowledge of consolidation, cost management, or account reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Financial reporting studio
