What you'll be doing Following the successful certification of the AC1 , Relectrify is expanding its commercial activities across Australia and is seeking a Commercial Support Manager. You will ensure the smooth execution of customer projects from initial engagement through to delivery and commissioning, to deliver a seamless customer experience. As the central coordination point between external partners and internal teams, you sit at the centre of every customer engagement. You will coordinate communications, align stakeholders, monitor project milestones, ensure commitments are delivered, proactively resolve issues and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent projects to deliver an impeccable customer journey. Your attention to detail and your ability to mitigate competing interests, adapt to changing priorities, and keep all stakeholders informed will be critical to a successful project with on-time delivery to a high standard and exceptional partner satisfaction. This pivotal role offers significant ownership and visibility across the business. It is ideal for a commercially minded project manager who enjoys building trusted relationships, coordinating complex activities, and playing a key role in scaling an innovative technology company, with excellent opportunities for professional growth as Relectrify scales. Team background Reporting to the VP Partnerships, you'll work closely with our business development and commercial teams, and partner across engineering, legal, operations and delivery to bring customer engagements to successful completion. You'll be a trusted point of contact both internally and with our customers. Who we're looking for We're after a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives on bringing order and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. You're a confident communicator who can independently represent Relectrify to mid and senior-level customer contacts, and you take genuine satisfaction in well-run processes and clean execution. What you'll do Own customer engagements end-to-end: Coordinate NDAs and get engagements off to a clean start Manage project proposals and pricing through to issue, coordinating the right inputs from across the business Manage information sharing with customers, including documentation portals and controlled access to materials Manage due diligence and bespoke information requests, marshalling responses from the relevant teams Manage legal reviews, redlines and contracting through to signature Coordinate delivery and commissioning: Manage internal and external communications and planning around logistics and product deliveries Monitor the coordination and successful execution of commissioning activities Potentially, support post-commissioning customer success activities. About you Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment background checks (working rights, criminal history, and reference checks). Essential A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in commercial operations, sales operations, commercial project management, contract management or a closely related field, ideally closer to 10 years A strong, confident communicator able to independently represent Relectrify to mid and senior-level customer personnel across the full scope of activities above and on multiple projects at a time Detail-oriented and process-driven by nature, with a track record of keeping complex, multi-party engagements on track Comfortable coordinating across internal teams (commercial, engineering, legal, operations) and external stakeholders Experience across contracting processes, with a stro
