About the role

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION, Logistics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. As the Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (DAPML) within MSG Logistics, assigned to the Naval Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office (PMA-213) in MSG Logistics, you will be responsible for total logistics management in support of assigned PMA-213 systems. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1 ) Developing and implementing maintenance capability establishment as required to support maintenance concepts/requirements to achieve program goals and objectives within budget and life cycle cost. 2) Providing analyses on degraders and data gathered from logistics management information systems in the execution of logistics and program planning documentation. 3) Determinig the best approach in planning and expending resources/funding to ensure adequate and affordable logistics support posture. 4) Preparing and maintain logistics documentation for PMA-213 Systems that include Data Management, Maintenance Plans, Level of Repair Analysis, and Logistics Requirements and Funding Summaries. 5) Preparing and/or deliver presentations to customers/stakeholders in order to address support posture and justify logistics requirements/implementation. 6) Participating in the Configuration Management Process by developing, reviewing, and submitting all associated documentation in support of Engineering Change Proposals, Configuration Control Board Presentations, Field Change Instructions and/or Ship Change Documentation. 7) Preparing Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
