Project coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site installation works and ensure works are carried out according to project requirements and schedule.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and technical discussions with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Review site conditions, drawings and measurements before installation.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues related to installation, dimensions, openings, access and work sequence.
• Plan and monitor site schedule, manpower arrangement, material delivery and installation progress.
• Coordinate with factory, production team and installation team to ensure timely completion of works.
• Conduct site checks and ensure installation works meet quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and follow up on outstanding works.
• Assist in handling variation works, rectification works and project handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, metal works, door installation, architectural works or related field.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and site measurements.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with clients, contractors, workers and internal teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site schedules.
• Knowledge of fire-rated doors, metal doors, frames, hardware or installation works will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use email, WhatsApp and simple reports.
