Job DescriptionYou will lead and structure a pre-study focused on identifying the most suitable future supply chain setup. You will document the current state, including material flows, costs, service performance, and key operational challenges. You will evaluate alternative supply chain models, including local, centralized, and hybrid options. You will analyze business impact across financial and operational dimensions, with focus on cost, customer impact, complexity, scalability, and feasibility. You will drive workshops and stakeholder discussions to build alignment throughout the project. You will present a clear recommendation with rationale, key trade-offs, risks, and high-level implementation considerations. You will develop a standardized framework for future feasibility studies, including methodology, key steps, and required analyses. You will ensure the framework covers perspectives such as operations, planning, and overall network implications. RequirementsStrong track record of leading complex supply chain or operations projects in international environments. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, warehousing, and distribution. Experience in supply chain design or network optimization. Ability to analyze cost structures and operational trade-offs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to structure complex topics and drive decision-making.
