Job Summary Responsible for executing data health and data governance tasks across multiple financial systems to ensure the accuracy, structure, and completeness of source data used in performance forecasting. Executes system-level tasks including advertiser and agency hierarchy mapping, sales structure alignment, budget relationship maintenance and account ownership updates. Supports monthly close by ensuring accurate and complete data flow across interconnected platforms. Conducts data audits and validations to detect anomalies or risks that may impact reporting or downstream systems. Serves as a Salesforce data steward by monitoring system inputs, maintaining financial data standards, and executing tasks that align with data quality and control objectives. Job Description Core Responsibilities Supports performance forecasting by executing data health and risk mitigation tasks across systems. Ensures accuracy and structure of financial and operational data through hierarchy and budget mapping. Executes monthly close tasks to maintain accurate data flow across financial platforms. Performs data audits and validations to detect anomalies and risks affecting reporting or downstream systems. Acts as a Salesforce data steward by monitoring inputs and maintaining financial data standards. Collaborate with Finance, Product, and technical teams to align data structures with governance practices. Conducts various statistical and financial reports, assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports. Maintains statistical/financial databases. Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
