Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Devils Lake Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You'll Make an Impact: Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience. Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs. Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations. Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
