About the role
I&C Technical Lead will develop and prepare the scope of work for all instrumentation and control activities related to nuclear outage maintenance. The role ensures the team's direction and oversight for all preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and modifications of instrumentation and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement work packages, procedures, and schedules for I&C activities.
- Lead and supervise I&C maintenance activities as per the planned schedule.

- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve operational issues and implement modifications.

- Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, and Procurement teams to ensure situational awareness and alignment on outage schedules.
- Lead the development and implementation of scheduling processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to I&C team members as needed.
- Work with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in I&C maintenance, and leadership roles at a nuclear power plant.
- Strong technical expertise in I&C; systems, sensors, transmitters, actuators, and control loops.
- In-depth knowledge of DCS, PLC, and process automation.
