About the role

Responsibilities
- Focus on Customer Success. Work with colleagues across the marketing organization to understand campaign requirements and align on goals and objectives, leading audience and segmentation strategy.
- Create an Impact. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand market trends, customer behaviors, to enable strategic decision-making. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for optimization.
- Develop your Expertise. Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes. Present recommendations for enhancement to leadership.
- Share learnings . Transfer knowledge and skills into practice by mentoring others.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building segmentations in a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot, or similar
- 2+ years of experience with statistical analysis tools and data visualization software
- Advanced experience developing SQL queries
- Advanced knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud (AAM, AA), Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills including formula, VBA, and Macros
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, statistics, business analytics, or related field
- Occasional travel may be required (up to ~20%); travel needs may vary based on business requirements
