Lead and deliver project modules or small projects Develop solutions in organizational transformation related topics Deal directly with clients, ensuring effective communication at all levels Prepare and deliver presentations to senior executives Apply expertise in organization design and org transformation plan to solve client problems Contribute to business development and proposal preparation Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Proven track record of delivering consulting projects for external clients Expertise in organizational function areas Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and models Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership Exceptional problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel as required for client engagements Excellent Chinese and English language abilities
