On a typical day you will: Lead all aspects of a large-scale and complex project, monitors activities, allocates resources, drives strategic planning, and assigns tasks to ensure targets are met Identify and participate in process improvements initiatives Partner with Local PM to oversee and manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of Skyrise major projects Work with internal departments and HRCLC to ensure project completion Contribute to the development of project plans, action trackers and delivery schedules Focus on identifying project problems and strategizing resolutions Ability to travel up to 10%` What you will need to be successful: Working knowledge of New Equipment elevator sales, the installation process, and elevator components required Previous Otis experience in engineering, sales, project management or supply management Experience using Microsoft Office, eLogistics, and JD Edwards Elevator industry experience, particularly with New Equipment Skyrise products and elevator construction Requires a high school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
