Senior Manager, Systems Software Engineering - GeForce NOW Cloud

Responsibilities

• To keep pace with our rapidly growing demand and the opportunity it represents, you will be a comprehensive technical leader: part builder, part operator, part customer advocate, and part unyielding deliverer of results.
• Partner closely with peer organizations to achieve business success in the GPU Cloud space, including SW development teams to continuously drive improvements in service reliability, using strong SW engineer processes, superb tools, and influential strategies.
• What we need to see:
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent program from an accredited University/College (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ overall years of software development or equivalent experience; 5+ years of experience in leading a SW engineering team.
• Hands on experience with designing, prototyping, building and running best-of-breed Cloud Services (SaaS; large scale distributed systems).
• Proven experience taking mobile and cloud products from inception to successful release and adoption.
• Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.
• Demonstrated capability to provide deep technical leadership to agile teams.
• Strong self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to quickly synthesize new ideas and concepts.
• Experience engaging with analysts, industry visionaries, and executives of Fortune 1000 companies is strongly preferred.

• Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD for Level 4, and 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
