ROLE PROFILE: As part of a specialised EMEA team working closely with global colleagues, the Contributor Relations Manager, Research will help expand and strengthen LSEG's research content ecosystem through strategic contributor partnerships and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with sell-side and independent research providers across EMEA.
- Identify and onboard new contributors to broaden the depth, quality and regional coverage of research content available across LSEG products.
- Expand existing contributor relationships through additional content partnerships and strategic collaboration.
- Act as a subject matter expert on LSEG's research capabilities for contributors, clients, internal commercial teams and prospects.
- Support contributor retention and long-term partnership renewal initiatives.
- Provide regular contributor engagement reporting, market intelligence and strategic feedback to management and cross-functional teams.
- Remain informed about evolving digital research workflows, AI-enabled discovery capabilities and changing institutional client consumption behaviours across financial markets.
- The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy in managing contributor relationships and supporting regional contributor growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Education
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience in finance, economics, business or a related field.
- Required Skills (Must Have)
- Experience working in the financial industry, or at a financial information vendor.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external industry contacts.
- Demonstrated success with contributor acquisition, partnership growth or commercial relationship objectives.
- Strong interest in financial markets and the evolving research landscape.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, including the ability to interpret usage metrics, engagement trends and contributor performance data.
