Responsibilities

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University Degree in Economics or a related field.
- Extensive experience in similar leadership roles in sales and marketing
- with strong understanding of needs in Key account management.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience of an automotive or battery environment in account management of technical product is preferred.
- Proof of conventional and strategic skills.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills at board level.
- An excellent people and customer manager who places importance on their development ensuring a long term success.
- Change Management & CI experience.
- Demonstrated track record in consistently using strong business judgment in many decisions.
- Collaborative leader who partners strongly with colleagues and teams within and x-Region.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
