About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Manager (Construction). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
