IT Development Officer

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of professional experience in an IT related position
• Pro-active, dynamic with good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Some experience with databases (SQL) is an advantage
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking, VPN
• Being familiar with Microsoft 365 power platform is an advantage

Additional Information

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Administration and maintenance of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP. Support file server permissions management and user access requests. Monitor server health and perform routine checks. Endpoint security management and antivirus monitoring. Assist in incident response and security investigations when required. Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting involving switches, wireless access points and VPN connectivity. Support ERP and other business applications in user account management and basic troubleshooting. Assist in data extraction, reporting and troubleshooting using SQL queries. Develop and assist in maintaining Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards. Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, migrations and deployments. Maintaining of IT documentation and asset management, including procurement, deployment and disposal.
