After another record-breaking year, we are looking for another Prosthetic Clinical Specialist to complement our existing team. Do you like making a difference / helping others? Our Clinical Specialists partner with our clinicians and Territory Managers to help bring the best possible outcomes for their patients. OrtoPed offers a competitive remuneration package: Base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 + 20% bonus Complete Group Insurance Package including extended healthcare, dental, vision, and disability leave. What will you do? As a Prosthetic Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prosthetic clinical expertise to OrtoPed's customers. You will work closely with our Territory Managers to provide up to date clinical representation of our portfolio of upper and lower prosthetic products. You will be a key member of the sales team reporting to our National Sales Manager. Location : Montreal, Canada and Hybrid Remote. Must be located in and work from Canada. Travel required to Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland. Duties include but not limited to: Grow and nurture existing relationships with clients Be knowledgeable and provide clinical representation of OrtoPed's portfolio of prosthetic products Create and conduct training workshops for customers independently and in collaboration with our vendors Participate in the preparation of market intelligence in conjunction with our product manager and marketing team Problem solve and conduct product trials with Prosthetists Vet new potential products for OrtoPed's portfolio by offering clinical insight What will you need to succeed: Certification of Prosthetists (OPC accredited CP or CPO) 5+ years of experience as a clinician Have strong communication and presentation skills Be a self-starter and take initiative on projects Strong desire to overcome challenges and be a problem solver Pro-active and result oriented You have a growth mindset. You love to learn and be the best version of yourself Be able to travel up to 50% of the time when required Language of work: English, with French fluency a plus Term of Position: Permanent full time How to apply?
