Guest Relations Officer (Permanent Part-Time role)

Requirements

• Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Pleasant personality
• Friendly and approachable
• Reliable and committed individual
• Able to commit on Weekends, on a long-term / permanent basis
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry would be an added advantage
• Working location and hours:
• SAAC (nearest MRT: Siglap)
• Sat AM: 8.15am to 12.15pm
• Sat PM: 2.30pm to 6.30pm
• Sun PM: 1.45pm to 6.30pm
• There is a minimum of 32 hours on-the-job training.
• Salary: $15 per hour (During training, $10 per hour)
