We are looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Manager to strengthen how we bring our comprehensive portfolio of products and component solutions to market within our Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technology business. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate global go-to-market programs for selected product lines and solutions
- Translate product and portfolio strategies into actionable GTM programs
- Drive alignment between product management, channel management, marketing and sales regions
- Develop and improve GTM frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Ensure consistent and effective product launches across regions and channels
- Track commercial performance and use insights to refine execution
- Identify gaps between strategy and execution and actively close them
- Support sales enablement with clear positioning, messaging, and value narratives
- What you know
- Experience in go-to-market, commercial program management, or product marketing in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of how industrial or technical products are brought to market globally
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect strategy to revenue impact
- Experience working across regions (ideally global or EMEA/APAC/Americas exposure)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity
- Familiarity with manufacturing, food & beverage, pharma, or similar regulated industries is an advantage
- Solid analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
