Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, coordination, or program management roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with federal government stakeholders
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Customer service orientation with technical aptitude
• Experience with reporting and metrics tracking

This role serves as a critical liaison between operational teams, technical staff, and government stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, resource coordination, and mission support throughout the engagement lifecycle. This position will support one of our Government clients in Arlington, VA. Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? The bonus for this position is $3,500, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral.
