Responsibilities
- As an Attorney with the Enforcement Division, you will:
- Investigate potential violations of Oklahoma securities laws.
- Analyze legal, factual, financial, and investigative information.
- Evaluate evidence and develop recommendations regarding enforcement actions and case strategy.
- Identify trends, relationships, and patterns within complex information and data.
- Interview witnesses and participate in taking testimony and depositions.

- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Occasional job-related travel may be required.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association in good standing.
- Additional qualifications, experience, and demonstrated expertise will determine the level at which the successful candidate is appointed.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Civil, administrative, or regulatory law
- Government or public sector legal practice
- Financial fraud investigations
- Securities, banking, insurance, or consumer protection matters
- Witness interviews and depositions
- Analysis of financial records and complex documentary evidence
- Trial and Appellate practice
- Complex investigations and case management
