Full job description Senior Subject Matter Expert (Maths/Science/Computer Science) Role Overview We are hiring experienced Subject Matter Experts to design high-quality content Creators & Content Developers for Grades 1-12. This is an in-person role focused on building competency-based, problem-solving-driven learning experiences aligned with real-world applications. Key Responsibilities Design structured lessons, activities, and assessments for CS & Robotics Develop problem-solving-oriented content (logic building, decision-making, real-world scenarios) Create competency-based questions integrating Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude Break down complex topics into simple, student-friendly explanations (A1-A2 level where needed) Lead content planning, review cycles, and quality validation Collaborate closely with academic, design, and product teams (in-office) Mentor interns and junior content developers Ensure all outputs are textbook-ready and instructionally strong Core Requirement: Problem Solving Expertise Ability to design multi-step logical problems Translate real-world situations into computational thinking tasks Identify learning gaps and create targeted problem sets Strong analytical thinking with structured reasoning approach Required Skills & Expertise Strong foundation in Maths/Science/Computer Science (AI, Data, Algorithms, Programming) Hands-on understanding of Robotics (Arduino, sensors, automation basics) Experience in curriculum design / textbook development Deep understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy and competency-based education Excellent structuring, writing, and content validation skills Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's in related field 2-5years of relevant experience Preferred Qualities Experience with Indian school curriculum Ability to convert theory into real-life applications Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset Experience mentoring teams Role Type In-Person (Full-Time) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year Benefits: Commuter assistance Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person Core Requirement: Problem Solving Expertise Ability to design multi-step logical problems Translate real-world situations into computational thinking tasks Identify learning gaps and create targeted problem sets Strong analytical thinking with structured reasoning approach Required Skills & Expertise Strong foundation in Maths/Science/Computer Science (AI, Data, Algorithms, Programming) Hands-on understanding of Robotics (Arduino, sensors, automation basics) Experience in curriculum design / textbook development Deep understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy and competency-based education Excellent structuring, writing, and content validation skills
