Responsibilities
- Marketing Cloud Solution Development (Core Focus)
- Design and implement solutions using Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
- Develop and manage:
- Dynamic, reusable email templates
- Multi-step customer journeys
- Automation workflows
- Implement personalization using:
- AMPscript
- SSJS
- SQL
- Journey Orchestration & Omnichannel Execution
- Build journeys across:
- Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Web
- Configure:
- Entry events, decision splits, engagement tracking
- Support:
- Event-driven and trigger-based campaigns
- Ensure campaigns meet business goals and maximize ROI
- Data Management & Segmentation
- Design and manage:
- Data Extensions
- Contact Builder data models
- Perform:
- Advanced segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Ensure high-quality data selections for CRM campaigns
- Work with relational data models and SQL-driven logic
- Data Cloud & Modern Data Architecture
