- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate architectural issues and concepts to technical and non-technical people at multiple organization levels, required

- Strong Linux knowledge and scripting skills.
- Experience using tools such as Git, Gerrit, Stash, Jenkins, Yocto, Linux, and Jira.
- Exposure to ASPICE audits (Level 1 and Level 2).
- Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance is a plus.
