THE JOB: The primary responsibility of the Busperson for Room Service at The Cosmopolitan is to ensure all service areas, including dining spaces, storerooms, food pick-up areas, and beverage stations, are maintained in accordance with established cleanliness, organization, and stocking standards. This role supports efficient service operations by upholding high standards of sanitation, readiness, and overall presentation.
