Job Responsibilities: Food Service & Operations Support Ensure food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well maintained. Check sanitation and cleanliness of equipment daily and report any faulty equipment immediately to the supervisor. Assist in communication and coordination of Learning & Development (L&D) and HR activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. Support training needs analysis and training effectiveness evaluation through survey administration and basic data analysis. Assist in consolidating confidential employee data and documentation for special L&D projects. Support coordination and participation in HR-related staff engagement activities. Other administrative duties assigned by the manager On-site location: Bukom Island Preferences Food & Beverage experience is required.
