- What You Should Bring

- Direct experience working on financial services policy and regulation.
- Excellent written and oral skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex policy and regulatory developments into concise, client-ready analysis.
- Very good working knowledge of the EU financial services policy landscape, including key legislative files and the organisations that shape them.
- Ability to engage confidently with clients and external stakeholders, with support from senior colleagues where needed.
- Strong organisational skills and a track record of delivering to deadlines across multiple workstreams.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with an interest in developing your own expertise and client relationships over time.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset.
