Responsibilities

  • What You Should Bring
  • 5-10 years of experience (depending on level) in a public-affairs agency, management consultancy, strategic advisory firm, trade association, EU institution or regulatory body, member-state representation and/or financial institution.
  • Direct experience working on financial services policy and regulation.
  • Excellent written and oral skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex policy and regulatory developments into concise, client-ready analysis.
  • Very good working knowledge of the EU financial services policy landscape, including key legislative files and the organisations that shape them.
  • Ability to engage confidently with clients and external stakeholders, with support from senior colleagues where needed.
  • Strong organisational skills and a track record of delivering to deadlines across multiple workstreams.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with an interest in developing your own expertise and client relationships over time.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset.
