Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client's Adults & Children with Disabilities team in Harrow.
Our client is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support both adults and children with physical and learning disabilities.
This role focuses on promoting independence through timely assessments, equipment provision, and the development of moving and handling plans.
What will your responsibilities be?
Complete front door assessments and develop care plans for adaptations, equipment, and manual handling.
Provide preventative support to promote independent living and reduce long-term care needs.
Work across the borough, including urgent equipment provision via the peripheral store.
Use Mosaic confidently to manage cases and documentation efficiently.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care at a fast pace, ensuring quick case turnaround.
